Learn how to upload mandatory documents. Please note if you are an agency worker, the agency will be able to upload documents for you.
Submitting mandatory documents as a bank worker:
- Head to app.patchwork.health or the mobile app and go to the “Documents” section on the left hand side.

This page will be divided into two sections. “Uploaded” for documents already uploaded and “Awaiting” for documents that have not yet been uploaded.

Navigate to the “Awaiting section” and select the file you’d like to upload. You’ll notice under each title it says which organisations require that respective title. In this example, we’ll choose ‘Fire Safety’.

Select the date.

- Then hit “add file” and select the relevant file.
- Once uploaded successfully, you’ll see that it will move to the ‘Uploaded’ section to indicate this.

How does this affect me when I’m applying for shifts?
You’ll see when applying for shifts if you’re missing any mandatory documents:

If you are an “instant booker” for a department and you have a required document which is missing or expired, your ability to instant book will be revoked but you can still apply to the shift.
