As an agency user, how do I manage an agency worker’s mandatory documents?
Learn how to manage documents in PAM.
Agency workers cannot upload these documents themselves, it must be done by the relevant agency user on behalf of the worker. It is the agency’s responsibility to keep these documents up-to-date on behalf of the agency worker.

Login to Patchwork Agency Manager.

On the left hand side, navigate to the Workers tab.

Open a worker profile and head to Documents.

Click on the document you wish to upload, in this example we’ve pressed ‘Proof of ID’

Upload the file needed, fill in the expiry date of the document and then hit save.

After pressing save you may need to refresh the page to see the changes amended.
