If you are not able to view your shifts for any reason, please see below some steps you can take to rectify this:

  1. You may have filters turned on, this ensures only shifts which apply to the preset filters will show up on the app.

To remove filters:

  • Open the Patchwork app

  • Select the shifts tab

  • On the top left, select the filters button.

  • Select Remove all filters & see all shifts

If this does not resolve the issue, please try logging out of the app and logging back in.
