Once Patchwork has been implemented at your Trust, it is important for all staff to download Patchwork and join the Trust's staff bank. All extra shifts released by the Trust will be processed and paid through Patchwork. 

Follow the steps below to join a Trust that you already work at:

  1. Once your account has been verified, return to the app.

  2. Select the menu and then the organisation you currently work at.

  3. Select ‘I currently work for...’ if you are already associated with this organisation.

  4. View the Staff Bank Agreement Form*, then sign in the space below to agree to the terms outlined.

  5. The staff bank at the Trust will receive the request and confirm your status within the organisation. This is to ensure your ESR and payroll information are synced.

  6. You will be notified once the account is activated.

  7. Once confirmed, you may begin booking shifts via the app.

*Patchwork does not set the terms of the Staff Bank Agreement. This is set and decided by the staff bank and Organisation's HR teams. The agreement is made available on the app only for the purpose of facilitating your registration with the staff bank.

**Patchwork is not responsible for activating clinicians on the system, this responsibility lies with the staff bank at the Trust. They will be best to advise as to what stage of the process each application is in.
