My workers are not on Patchwork, what do I need to do?

I need a doctor to register with Patchwork so I can assign them to a shift. What do they need to do?

To ensure an accurate reporting of all shifts worked by clinicians it is important that all clinicians are on Patchwork. Please tell all clinicians to follow the steps below:

  1. All clinicians will need to download Patchwork and create an account which is a quick and easy process.
    Patchwork can be downloaded on iPhone HERE or Android HERE.

  2. Once the account has been created and activated through the link sent to the clinicians email, they will need to apply to the Trust's staff bank
    Patchwork app > Menu > Organisation > Select Trust > Select Yes I am > Sign the Agreement form > Submit

  3. The application will be sent to the Temporary Staffing Team for processing

  4. The clinician will receive an email to confirm that they have been accepted on the staff bank

  5. You can now assign the clinician to shifts.
