All shifts worked/booked must be uploaded on to Patchwork for reporting and auditing purposes.
Departments are responsible for uploading shifts on to Patchwork, as the Patchwork team do not have oversight over what is worked. Please contact the department to upload shifts on to Patchwork to ensure you get paid. The Customer Success Team can support you with getting contact details for the department.
Once your shift has been uploaded the admin team in the department will need to sign the shift off for attendance and approve the shift for payment before it is sent to payroll. You will be able to track the shift on your app in the Timesheets tab.
