Each shift will need to be signed off for attendance and approved for payment by a budget holder before they are sent to payroll. When you applied to join the Trust, the Trust's Temporary Staffing Team will have set you up on either a weekly or monthly payroll cycle. Depending on if your shift is sent to payroll before the weekly/monthly cut off date, they will be paid in the next payroll cycle. If they are not sent to payroll in time, they will be rolled over to be paid in the next weekly/monthly cycle.
You can track the status of your shift on the app under the timesheets tab.
If your shift has been signed off it will appear under the tab: Signed Off
If your should has been approved for payment, it will appear under the tab: Payment Approved
If your shift has been sent to payroll, it will appear under the tab: With Payroll
Once shifts have been sent to payroll it can take up to 7 days for the payment to transfer to your personal account.
