Doctors' grades can be changed by users with an Admin Account on Patchwork as they progress through the medical training pathway, these grades are set by the Trust. It is essential that a Worker's grade is reflective of their actual grade, this is because their grade affects:
Shifts that they can apply to and work
The rate at which they are paid.
You can change the grade of a doctor by following these steps:
1) Open Staff tab on Menu > Find user name > Open user profile > Employment
2) Under Staff Grade- select the appropriate grade > Tap save changes.
The doctors grade on their app will change and they will now be able to book into shifts which match their grade and be paid appropriately if booking up or down.
