What level of account can do this: SuperAdmin/Admin/Manager/Agency User
From the homepage, click ‘Accounts’ on the toolbar on the left.
A drop-down list will appear, click ‘Agency Users’.
Enter the Agency Users information. This will normally be someone from the agency who will be expected to propose workers to work shifts.
If you would like the Agency user to be able to propose workers, this should be set to green. This will also enable to user to amend/manage worker information
Click the drop-down box and select the agency the user is linked to
Click ‘Create Agency User’
8. The window will expand below, allowing you to select which staffing group the user should be linked to. If the Agency only has one staffing group, that staffing group will already be selected.
9. Click ‘Save Changes’.
Note: If you will be engaging with the Agencies via an MSP (Managed Services Provider). You may need to set them up as a Tier 1 Agency, making all subsequent agencies Tier 2 (or 3, or 4…). Please speak with the Patchwork team to confirm the best route for your Organisation.
