The agencies/MSP (Managed Service Provider) will be able to allocate workers to your vacancies.
If you’re in a situation where you already know which agency worker, create the shifts(s), send to agency, and let the agency/MSP know. They will then allocate the worker to the shift, leaving you to accept the worker.
