To add a worker to a shift on the Rota, you will need to follow the below steps:
Log into the Patchwork Roster Hub
Select ‘Rosters’ from the menu bar
3. Select the Rota you need (Contact in house system administrator for access to other departments)
4. Select the Activity x Day View
5. Find the activity you want to assign the worker to
6. Click the activity and select ‘Add Worker’ from the menu
7. A drop down menu will appear, with all possible workers who are available to assign the activity to.
8. Once selected, the worker will be assigned the shift
NB: If the Rota is not Published, the Worker will not be notified. If the roster is published then the worker will be notified.
