To add a worker to a shift on the rota, you will need to follow the below steps:

  1. Log into the Patchwork Roster Hub

  2. Select ‘Rosters ‘from the menu bar

3. Select the Rota you need

4. Select the Activity x Day View

5. Find the activity you want to assign the worker to

6. Click the activity and select ‘Add Worker’ from the menu

7. A drop down menu will appear, with all possible workers who are available to assign the activity to.

8. Once selected, the worker will be assigned the shift

NB: If the Rota is not Published, the Worker will not be notified. If the roster is published then the worker will be notified.
