Learn more about how you can manage a worker's mandatory documents in Patchwork.
When booking a bank worker into a shift, you will be able to check if they are missing mandatory compliance documents.
If they are compliant, it will show this and you can click the word “compliant” to open a new tab and double-check the documents.

If they are missing documents, it will show this in red and again you can click the word “missing” to open a new tab and double-check the documents.

Please note: Different staff groups and departments may flag up different missing documents. For example a worker may have uploaded the necessary documents for an A&E shift but not for a paediatrics shift - always check.
How will I know if I have access to override non-compliant bookings?
If you DON’T have access, you will see a pop-up informing you as such:

If you do have access, you will be prompted to provide a compliance override reason and tick the box:

- Click the drop down and select a reason.
- Tick the acceptance tick box.
- The “assign worker” button will turn blue, ready for you to press. Once pressed, the shift will fill and these actions will also be reflected in the audit trail.
When booking an agency worker into a shift, you will be able to check if they are missing mandatory compliance documents.
If they are not missing any mandatory documents it will look like the below image:

If they are missing mandatory documents:
- Navigate into a shift and head to “Agency proposals”.
- If an agency worker is missing any documents, this will be flagged in red as “Missing”. If you press “Documents”(located to the right of the rate card breakdown) you can then get a full list of missing documents.
