The doctor has added their colleagues for feedback but the list is still “pending”. Why?

If a doctor’s colleague list is still “Pending”, please ensure the following have been checked:

• Has the doctor added the minimum number of doctors required? The doctor needs to add the minimum number of colleagues required before any emails can be sent.

• Has the doctor clicked the “request approval” button after adding their colleagues? Once the doctor has added the required amount of colleagues, they will have a button which will appear for them to request approval.

• If an appraiser/facilitator is assigned to approve the list, have they approved and released the list? The facilitator/appraiser may have not approved the list, in this case, you can either override the action (How do I release an MSF360 report) or prompt the appraiser/facilitator to do so.
