      As an agency user, how do I cancel a worker from a shift?

      Learn how to cancel an approved worker from a shift.

      If you need to cancel a worker from a shift, click on the relevant 'Shift ID' and select 'Cancel Booking'. You will need to supply a reason for the cancellation.

      The shift will now automatically show as available for other workers to be proposed for.
