How can I create new activity types for activity creation?

Customising activity settings within Patchwork.

Activity types are pre-configured by Patchwork, and used for reporting purposes within Patchwork Insights. We have worked closely with our partners to configure the options to be in line with standard rota-building practices. In order to preserve data integrity and allow for proper information management within your organisation, it is therefore not possible to amend these options.
