Can I create new activity types for activity creation?

Activity types are pre-configured by Patchwork, and used for reporting purposes within Patchwork Insights. We have worked closely with our partners and aligned our activity hierarchy to match L2P in line with standard industry practices. In order to preserve data integrity and allow for proper information management within your organisation, it is therefore not possible to amend these options.
