Who can unblock workers?
Only hub administrator account holders are able to unblock workers.
How to unblock a worker
- Open the 'Staff' tab on menu > Select 'View All Staff' > Select 'User Profile' > Select 'Unblock Worker'
- Click 'Unblock Worker' to confirm changes
The worker will then be able to book shifts via Patchwork.
