How do I unblock a worker?
Learn how to unblock a worker via the Bank portal.
Who can unblock workers?
Only portal administrator account holders with the relevant permission are able to unblock workers.
How to unblock a worker
- Open the 'Staff' tab on menu > Select 'View All' > Find relevant worker profile > Click 3 dot menu > Select 'Unblock from organisation bank'
- Click 'Unblock Worker' to confirm changes
The worker will then be able to book shifts via Patchwork.
The worker can also be unblocked from their worker profile directly:
- Click 3 dot menu > Edit > Bank > Employer
- Find Block/unblock section and repeat above step 2
