How do I unblock a worker?

Learn how to unblock a worker via the Bank portal.

Who can unblock workers?

Only portal administrator account holders with the relevant permission are able to unblock workers. 

How to unblock a worker

  1. Open the 'Staff' tab on menu > Select 'View All' > Find relevant worker profile > Click 3 dot menu > Select 'Unblock from organisation bank'
  2. Click 'Unblock Worker' to confirm changes

The worker will then be able to book shifts via Patchwork.

The worker can also be unblocked from their worker profile directly:

  • Click 3 dot menu > Edit > Bank > Employer 
  • Find Block/unblock section and repeat above step 2
