How do I un-suspend a worker?
Learn how to un-suspend a worker via the hub.
A worker can be unsuspended by following the same process as above. On the worker's profile, tap 'Unsuspend Worker' and then save changes.
Who can unsuspend workers?
Only hub administrator account holders are able to unsuspend workers.
How to unsuspend a worker
- Open the 'Staff' tab on menu > Select 'View All Staff' > Select 'User Profile' > Select 'Unspend Worker'
- Click 'Unsuspend Worker' to confirm changes
The worker will then be able to book shifts via Patchwork.
