How do I add a department?

Learn how to add additional new departments to the Rota portal.

To add a department, you will need to contact the Customer Care team at help@patchwork.health. You are able to review the existing departments within the superhub:

  1. Select 'Departments' on the left-hand menu

  2. You will be able to view all current departments on the system

💡Review existing departments carefully before requesting additions to keep the system tidy and avoid data duplications.
