      As a Patchwork Bank hub user, how do I assign shifts to agency workers?

      How to assign shifts to specific agency workers from the Bank hub.

      If you have already filled your bank shift using an agency worker outside of the Patchwork system, you can assign a worker as follows:

      • Create the shifts(s)
      • Send to agency

      The agency worker will be notified of the booking.
