Learn how you can choose to manage pay as compensation.

Patchwork Rota's ESR integration is not yet complete, and (correct as of late 2023) doesn’t cover payroll for workers. Development work is continuing, but in the meantime pay as compensation from exception reports should be handled separately.

We recommend keeping a record of exception reporting compensation paid to a worker in a spreadsheet until the ESR integration is complete.

Exception reporting data is always kept in full within the Product, suitable for both analysis (either directly via Patchwork Insights or as an export) and audit trail purposes.
