How do I manage time off in lieu?

Learn how to manage time off in lieu.

To view and manage any time off in lieu that a worker has accrued as a result of exception reports:

  1. Log in to superhub
  2. Navigate to the worker’s profile
  3. Click ‘Leave Entitlement’ from the left hand panel
  4. Select the ‘Time off in Lieu’ tab


The worker will need to speak to whoever is responsible for managing their time off in lieu and ensure it is taken. Once taken, the record can be marked as taken.

💡Time off in lieu needs to be taken within 14 days of the exception report being approved. If the worker hasn’t taken their approved time off in lieu within 14 days an expired label will be applied to the record.
