How do I request annual or study leave?

Learn how to request annual or study leave directly from the app.

To request annual leave, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the Patchwork Rota mobile app (Patchwork Rota – apps on Google Play / Apple Store) or via the desktop using the following link - Login - Patchwork

2. Select the icon for the required type of leave as highlighted below

3. Select the required entitlement period you would like to request from

4. Select ‘Request Leave’

5. Complete the form & submit

6. The request will go to the department manager to review the request
