How do I update my profile on the app?

This article provides guidance on how you can update your personal details including contact number, address or specialities via the Patchwork Bank app.

If you need to update your profile to amend your contact details, address or specialties please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to the Patchwork Bank mobile app or via the desktop using the following link - Login - Patchwork
  2. Select your profile icon in the top right corner, and click ‘My Profile’.

  1. Make the necessary changes.

  1. Ensure your notifications in your app settings are enabled to allow you to receive notifications when shifts matching your specialities are available.
  2. Select  ‘Update Profile’ to save the changes.

 

💡To update your staff group, please contact help@patchwork.health as this cannot be done in-app.
