Manage and update doctor documents (for workers)

  • Workers can review and update their own employment documents and mandatory documents via the self‑service help pages:

Manage and update doctor documents (for administrators)

  • Administrators with access to the workers list can open a worker's profile and use the Documents tab to upload or replace documents for that doctor where the upload option is available.
  • If the Documents tab shows an upload option, you may be able to update documents directly from the doctor's profile in the workers list.

What Patchwork Customer Care cannot do

  • Patchwork Customer Care staff are unable to log into a worker’s profile to update documents on the worker’s behalf.
If you have admin access and wish to view the workers documents, go to the workers list:
    • Open the doctor’s profile.
    • Select the Documents tab and use the upload option if present to update documents for the doctor.
