How will I receive notification when a bank shift is booked, or applied for?
Patchwork notifications ensure your team never misses when someone applies to, or books, a shift.
How do I know when someone has applied to work a shift (pending approval)?
Three email notifications are triggered when a shift changes from available to pending:
- One to the general email address linked to the department
- One to whoever originally created the shift
- One to the worker who has applied
How do I know when an instant booking candidate has booked on to a shift?
The same email notification process happens when an instant booking candidate books directly on to a shift.
