All bank shifts released by the organisation will be processed and paid through Patchwork.
Once Patchwork has been implemented at your organisation, it is important for all staff who wish to take on additional shifts to download Patchwork and join the organisation's staff bank.
💡Patchwork is not responsible for activating clinicians on the system or processing payments, this responsibility lies with the organisation. They will be best to advise as to what stage of the process each application is at, and to help with any payroll queries.
Joining the staff bank of an organisation that you already work at

Once your account has been verified, return to the app

Select the menu, and then the organisation you currently work at

Select ‘I currently work for...’ only if you are already associated with this organisation

View the 'Staff Bank Agreement', and sign in the space below to indicate you agree to the terms outlined

The organisation will receive the request and confirm your status within the organisation

You will be notified once the account is activated

Once confirmed, you may begin booking shifts via the app
💡Patchwork does not set the terms of the 'Staff Bank Agreement'. This is set and decided by the organisation. The agreement is made available on the app only for the purpose of facilitating your registration with the staff bank.
