I can't see my leave entitlement.

Where can I find my leave entitlements?

To view your leave entitlement you need to login to your account via the Patchwork rota app or via the link: https://app.patchwork.health/. Once you have logged in you will be able to access and request your leave by selecting Leave Management on the left hand side of the page. Please see example below:
