Where can I find my leave entitlements?
To view your leave entitlement you need to login to your account via the Patchwork Rota app or via the link: https://app.patchwork.health/. Once you have logged in you will be able to access and request your leave by selecting Leave Management on the left hand side of the page. Please see example below:
🚀 Leave is now displayed in hours as well as days where appropriate across Patchwork:
- Deduction calculations have been updated such that the system:
- Always deducts the hours of a shift, if present (if not it deducts 8 hours by default)
- Converts hours back to days and updates entitlements accordingly
- Example: if you take leave on a day where you are scheduled for a 10 hour shift, you will be deducted 10 hours of leave = 1.25 days (assuming your organisation works to an 8 hour day default)

In the case of no entitlement appearing on your profile, please contact the internal medical rostering team.
