I need a Patchwork Bank hub account - what do I do?

This article provides an overview of how to register for the Patchwork Bank hub.

How do I create my account?

To create your account, you will need to contact your organisation's temporary staffing / workforce management team with your:

  • Name

The team will then set up your account, or reach out to our Customer Care team at help@patchwork.health to do so on their behalf.

If you are a member of the temporary staffing team and require Patchwork's help to set up a new user, please note that in order to do so as quickly as possible, our Customer Care team requires the following information and guidance on desired account permissions:

  • Name

How do I register my account?

Once your account has been created, you will receive an email with activation instructions. You should follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the link within the activation email to be taken directly to the Patchwork hub

Step 2: Set up your password

Step 3: Input your email address and password (the one that you have just created) into the relevant fields, and click 'Login' to complete the sign-up process

💡Always check your junk folder for your activation email if you can’t see it at first

💡It’s worth bookmarking or saving the hub to your favourites on your web browser for ease of access

💡If you are a clinician or worker who also has a Patchwork Bank account to book shifts, we recommend setting up your admin account with your NHS email, and using a personal email for the app. Remember, they are two separate logins, and cannot be used interchangeably
