Find out why your organisation is not on the onboarding list
There are a number of reasons your organisation might not be visible.
- The organisation you're trying to join does not support your staff group - some organisations use Patchwork only for specific staff groups. It may be that your staff group is not included, or you have selected the incorrect staff group when signing up. To confirm whether your staff group is correct, please contact the Customer Care team, stating which organisation you're trying to join as well as your staff group and/or grade
- The organisation you're looking for has a slightly different name - some hospitals are part of a larger Trust and won’t appear individually in the list. To find the correct organisation in Patchwork, try searching using the name of the Trust rather than the hospital name.
- The organisation does not use Patchwork - some organisations may not be using Patchwork yet. We're working hard to partner with more organisations throughout the UK
