The Collaborative Bank allows you to book bank shifts at any of the participating organisations, without having to undergo any further recruitment checks or verification to join the individual Trusts.
The NHS Collaborative Bank - MWL (Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust) enables some 35 organisations (and counting) to collaborate and augment their local internal banks, broadcasting unfilled bank shifts to 5500+ clinicians in the North West of England, who can passport their credentials between Trusts.
