As an agency user, how do I propose a worker for a shift?

When an organisation sends a shift out to agency, it will automatically appear within the portal. 

The portal will display the status of the shift, whether it is available, booked or proposed. Select an available shift ID to begin proposing a worker for the shift. You can also click on the 'Shift ID' to view important information.

Click on 'Propose Agency Worker' and select the relevant worker from the list.

Verify all the appropriate pay elements, such as base rate/PAYE and agency margin. When you are happy with the proposal, select 'Confirm Propose Worker'.
