I am rotating out of my current Trust, can I still be a part of their staff bank?
You are welcome to remain as a bank-only worker at your previous Trust. However, in order to pick up more shifts at that Trust, you may require an updated ESR number. This is managed by the Trust's temporary staffing team, whose contact details you will find here.
How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information via your app menu. You can also use our here, you can upload documentation and access your planner on a web browser. Remember, your log in details are the same across both platforms!
How do I update my email address?
If you need to update your email address, just send a message to email@example.com and our Customer Care team will be happy to action this.
How do I update my grade?
It is the responsibility of the temporary staffing team at your Trust to update your grade on Patchwork. You can find their contact information here. If you need any further support, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I join my new Trust’s staff bank?
If your new Trust works with Patchwork, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the menu on the app in the top right hand corner
2. Select ‘Organisations’. Here you can see the organisations you are already part of
3. Select ‘Join Another Organisation’
4. Select your chosen organisation
5. Follow the onboarding process, by selecting ‘I currently work at:’ once you are
employed by this organisation
How do I update my primary trust?
If you are part of the North-West London Collaborative Bank and your primary trust has changed, please ensure that you have applied to your new trust. Once your application has been approved, please reach out to us on email@example.com and Customer Care will be able to update this for you.
