Why am I getting error messages when I try to log in to Patchwork Insights?

Resetting your password for Patchwork Insights


💡Patchwork Insights account access is managed by your temporary staffing team. Please contact the relevant team to request access.

 

  • Navigate to Patchwork Insights via our partner Amazon QuickSight at insights.patchwork.health and enter your username details as normal. Click the 'forgotten password' option.

  • Complete the CAPTCHA and click 'Next' to proceed with the password reset process.

  • Click 'continue' after reading the confirmation message to proceed to your email inbox and complete the password reset..

  • Type your new password, then select 'sign in' to access Patchwork Insights.

❗Always check that the account name entered is **patchworkquicksight**, not your email address. If a correction is needed, just click the provided link to update the account name before proceeding.


Remember that your one-time activation link sent via email from noreply@quicksight.aws is no longer valid after your first sign in. For ongoing access, visit Patchwork Insights via insights.patchwork.health. We recommend bookmarking it.

I missed the activation period 

  1. You must activate your account within 7 days of receiving the activation email from noreply@quicksight.aws, otherwise a new invitation will need to be sent. Please contact help@patchwork.health for a new invitation.
  2. Once your Patchwork Insights account has been created, you will receive an email with an invite titled 'Invitation to Join QuickSight' from the QuickSight team at - noreply@quicksight.aws
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to activate and set a password for your account. 
  4. You will also receive a separate email titled 'Welcome to Patchwork Insights' with more detailed instructions on setting up and activating your account.
On the landing page, ensure the account name is 'patchworkquicksight' and enter your username (case sensitive) and select 'Next'.

I can't see any dashboards when I log in


When first logging in, you will also need to change the location to London to see any dashboards. This can be done by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of the page, going to the location option and selecting ‘EU (London)’ from the pick-list.
