      Using the multi-select tool (Patchwork Rota)

      The multi-select tool can be used to perform a number of tasks, saving you time when rostering and managing worker schedules.

      You can use multi-select across our roster views with the CTRL + M command. On the worker views, this will allow you to amend schedule end dates and add workers to Teams in bulk:

      Doing so on the activity view will allow you to do the following actions in bulk:

      • Add activities to shifts

      • Add sites to shifts

      • Assign workers to shifts

      • Send shifts to Bank

      • Remove workers from shifts

      • Remove shifts
