Troubleshooting steps you can take when you can't see any shifts available to work within the app.
If you are not able to view your shifts for any reason, you may have filters turned on, meaning only shifts which apply to the preset filters will show up on the app.
To remove filters:

Select the 'Add Shifts' tab

On the right, select the filters button

Select 'Reset filters' and 'View results'
If you have multiple filters applied, click the 'X' for each filter underneath the dates at the top of your screen.
If this does not resolve the issue, please try logging out of the app and logging back in.
