Many organizations require workers to agree to a fraud declaration before requesting shift sign off. This is to ensure that you, as a worker, fully understand your obligations and the potential consequences of submitting fraudulent timesheets.

Once you've selected the shifts for which you wish to request sign off, you will be presented with the following screen 

Please note, you will not be able to proceed with requesting sign off until you read and agree the Fraud Declaration
