How does it work?
The Patchwork Hub allows you to create, manage and make use of collaborative staff banks in your region. Tailored entirely to your organisation and local needs, the collaborative bank will enable you to augment your local internal bank and broadcast unfilled bank shifts to workers across multiple NHS organisations.
How are workers paid?
North West London Collab Bank
For the North West London Collab Bank, a clinician is paid by their Primary Trust, as selected by the clinician when signing up to the collaborative bank.
A workers Primary Trust can be found as follows:
-
Select 'Staff' from the Hub menu
-
Select the 'Worker' whose Primary Trust you would like to view
-
Tap the 'Collaborative Bank' tab
Here, you can view the collaborative bank that the worker is associated with, as well as their Primary Trust.
DiT Bank
As this follows the Lead Employer model, all clinicians will be paid by St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
