What’s the difference between contracted hours and job plan hours?

Contracted hours and job plan hours are separate values in Job Planning.

Contracted hours

Contracted hours are fixed values entered in the Contract section.

Job plan hours

Job plan hours are calculated automatically by the system based on the activities added in the Activities section.

Important to know

These two values are not directly linked. They come from different sections of the system.

If you update the DCC/SPA per week field under Contracted PAs in the Contract section, that change will be reflected in your job plan.

If the hours shown still don’t look right after updating the relevant section, please contact L2P/Patchwork Support.
