App related or technical queries

Temporary staffing, HR or payment queries

As you are employed directly by the organisation, they are responsible for onboarding you to the bank as well as managing payments. They will also be able to support you with queries regarding taxes, P45 and P60s.

Shift related queries

All shifts are managed locally by the departments, if you have any queries, please contact the department directly using the 'Ask a Question' button on the shift. Alternatively, you can call the department or email them.
