      How do I join an organisation?

      Learn how to join an organisation

      To join an Organisation please follow the steps below:

      1. Once your account has been registered, return to the app.

      2. Select the menu.

      3. Tap join an Organisation and select the Organisation you currently work at or wish to join.

      4. Select ‘I currently work at’ if you are already associated with this Organisation or ‘I do not currently work at’ if you are not associated with this Organisation

      5. Follow through the onboarding steps on the screen.

      6. View the Staff Bank Agreement Form, then sign in the space below to agree to the terms outlined.

      7. The staff bank at the Trust will receive the request and confirm your status within the Organisation. This is to ensure your ESR and payroll information are synced.

      8. You will be notified once your application has been reviewed.

      9. Once your application has been accepted, you can begin booking shifts via the app.

       

      💡 You can apply to join if you are a substantive worker at the organisation, or as a bank-only worker. Your application will be sent to the relevant team for processing. 

      💡Apply to join multiple staff banks to access shifts at additional departments, sites and locations that work best for you, all at the touch of a button.

      💡Please note that the organisation, not Patchwork, is responsible for carrying out all necessary compliance checks, or for verifying your existing substantive post.
