Patchwork Worker Guide: Onboarding to a New Organisation when Already Part of Bank

Apply to join multiple staff banks to access shifts at additional departments, sites and locations that work best for you, all at the touch of a button

Learn how to join an additional organisation 

To join another bank, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account
  2. From the Home screen, tap Start application under “Increase shifts you can book”

  

3. Alternatively, click onto your profile icon in the right-hand corner and then select Organisations. 

  

4. You will see the organisations whose staff banks you are already a member of.

Select an organisation you want to join

6. Select ‘I currently work at’ if you are already associated with this Organisation or ‘I do not currently work at’ if you are not associated with this Organisation 

  

 

7. Follow through the onboarding steps on the screen. 

8. View the Staff Bank Agreement Form, then sign in the space below to agree to the terms outlined and submit your application. 

  

9. The staff bank at the Trust will receive the application. You will be notified once your application has been reviewed. 

10. Once your application has been accepted, you can begin booking shifts via the app.
