Managing the rate escalation process
Patchwork enables grip and control of the rate escalation process with our simple, configurable tool.
With Patchwork, your organisation's in-built rates enforce standardisation. Full personalisation/consultation of the rates within the system is included as part of the implementation process.
When shifts do need to be escalated, Patchwork ensures that this is only possible via approved authorisers, with advanced rate escalation offering the ability to include a hierarchy based on value or percentage.
The easy-to-use tool removes unnecessary administrative steps in the process whilst maintaining control, making it simple for you to request an escalation where appropriate.
There are two ways rate escalations can be handled within the system; simple, and advanced. Please contact your temporary staffing team if you are unsure which method your organisation is using.
