How do I create or edit an activity?

Create your activity before you start building your first rota. Learn how to edit templates when needed.

To create a new activity, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the 'Admin' dropdown from the menu

  2. Select 'Activities'

  3. Select ‘New Activity’

  4. Complete the required fields

6. Once finished, select ‘Create Activity'

7. The activity will then be created and sit on the activity list


To update a template:

  1. Select 'Activities'

  2. Select the template you would like to edit

  3. Complete the required changes

💡Ensure that a Site and Location is selected for your activity to allow this information to be included in bank requests
