Introduction to Leadership & Accountability


Leadership within both the organisation and on Patchwork's side will ensure the success of our partnership. Making sure the correct stakeholders are engaged and the roles and responsibilities are being adhered to. Effective leadership will allow clear communications from both parties and will see that benefits are realised, through the process and the usage of systems.


Without leadership and buy-in from stakeholders, the entire process can see non-compliance and best practices could be forgotten without the drive of willing leadership. Between the organisation and Patchwork, we must make sure where possible that the correct people take ownership. Decisions may be made incorrectly and delays in the process can occur.


It is mutually beneficial to make sure the correct people are identified from both parties, to accept the roles and responsibilities and be the driving force behind our partnership. This will not only ensure success but instil confidence between teams.
